OFFERS

Rates are per night per a double room, VAT and service are included along with overnight accommodation and sweet and savory breakfast buffet.

Pool access, use of mountain bikes, parking, beach transfer and free WiFi.

Cleaning and daily linen change.

City tax from  May 1^st to June 30^th and from Sept. 1^st to October 31^st: €2,00  per person for the first 3 nights; from July 1^st to August 31^st   € 2.50 per person for the first 5 nights.

 Reductions

Child (0-4 years old not yet turned) free in bed with parents. Cradle: € 15,00 per day.

3^rd / 4^th bed for child (4-12 years old not yet turned) € 30,00 per person per day;

3^rd bed for adult (12 years old and up) € 40,00 per person per day;
Double / Twin room for single use: Reduction of the daily rate : -30% (period A);

MINIMUM STAY: Period A and B: no minimum stay limit.

TRANSFERS
A transfer service is available on request to and from Bari and Brindisi airports as well as other destinations. Costs to be quoted upon request.

A  free transfer service is available to and from the train station of Fasano, to be booked upon request.
BOOKING TERMS

A deposit of 30% of the value of the stay is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

Check-in: 15:00 h – Check out: h 11.00 (any late check-out, early and late arrival, shall be agreed with the hotel management).

Cancellation Policy

Penalties are calculated on a percentage basis relating to the total stay taking into account time elapsed between the estimated arrival and cancellation. They are valid both for partial and total cancellations.

From the 28^th to the 15 ^th  day before the arrival, 30% penalty on the total amount of the stay;

From the 14 ^th  to the 8 ^th  day before the arrival, 70% penalty on the total amount of the stay;

From the 7 ^th  to the 3^rd day before the arrival, penalty of 90% on the total amount of the stay;
2 days before arrival in case of changes, no show or early departure, 100% penalty of the entire cost of your stay.
In the event of early termination of the stay the full amount for its entire cost however will be charged.

Extra service cancellation:

All extra services booked at the hotel (transfers, excursions, beauty treatments) cancelled at least 24 hours before their execution (and 48 hours exclusively for transfers to and from the airports) will not involve any penalty.

Beyond this threshold 100% of the value of the services booked will be charged.

Beach service

Equipped affiliated beach at about 6 km (less than 10 minutes).
1 umbrella + 2 sun beds per room – Shuttle service from / to or parking included. Daily fee per room € 20,00.
